The difference between pure cotton and polyester cotton:
Visually, the color of polyester cotton is brighter than that of pure cotton; if it is printed cloth, the contrast of the color density of the front and back of the cotton cloth will be greater, while the color of the front and back of the polyester cotton is closer.
In terms of feel, the cotton cloth is soft but not smooth, and the polyester-cotton cloth feels slippery to the touch.
The radon combustion method is also the most intuitive method widely used by those in the industry. Pure cotton cloth, at a glance, the flame is yellow, and the burning smell is the same as burning paper. After burning, the edges are soft, leaving little gray black floc ash; polyester cotton cloth will shrink and melt when it is close to the flame. Thick black smoke emits a smell of inferior fragrance. After burning, the edges harden, and the ashes are dark brown lumps, but they can be crushed.
Pure cotton is better for the skin. Pure cotton, 100% cotton, feels soft and comfortable to the touch. Polyester cotton is a mixture of polyester and cotton, which is not as comfortable as cotton. It is not as good as cotton as it absorbs sweat, and various fabrics woven with polyester staple fiber and cotton fiber blended yarn are commonly known as cotton.
