During the manufacture of jacquard fabrics, the warp and weft yarns are interwoven and floated to form different patterns by using changes in the structure of warp and weft. The pattern is finally formed, with unevenness, fine yarn count and high needle density. Jacquard fabrics can be divided into woven jacquard, warp-knitted jacquard, and weft-knitted jacquard. Among them, weft-knitted jacquard is very elastic when pulled horizontally and longitudinally, while warp-knitted and woven jacquard horizontally and longitudinally stretched.
Features of jacquard fabric:
1. 3. Monochrome jacquard fabric is a jacquard dyed fabric, which is a solid-colored fabric after weaving a jacquard grey fabric on a jacquard loom. This type of jacquard fabric has a unique texture of soft, delicate and smooth texture. Its gloss, drape and air permeability are relatively good, and its color fastness is also quite high. It can not afford balls and does not fade. Like the large jacquard fabric, the pattern width is large and exquisite, the color is clear, and the three-dimensional sense is strong, while the small jacquard fabric has a relatively simple pattern for a long time.
4. The multi-color jacquard fabric is a yarn-dyed jacquard fabric, which is a multi-color fabric made by yarn dyeing and then weaving by a jacquard loom. It is exactly the opposite of the manufacturing process of monochrome jacquard fabrics, so the final yarn-dyed jacquard fabrics have more than two colors. The fabrics are rich in color and will not look monotonous and have a three-dimensional pattern like the monochrome jacquards. Strong and looks more elegant.
